Second, decentralization of tariff quota management and processing trade of agricultural products should be extended for second or more times.

Third, cancel Fees for the certificate of origin of textile products. Since June 19th, the cost of proof of origin of textiles has been suspended. This charge is the last remaining permit fee of the Ministry of Commerce. Also shows that the Ministry of Commerce licensing fees have been abolished.
