The First Case Of Infringement Of Internet Sales Was Investigated In Zhenjiang.
Recently, the Dantu industrial and commercial bureau of Zhenjiang has seized a case of Internet sales of infringing goods, which is the first case investigated in the city.
After investigation, in order to engage in the sale of "UGG" brand snow shoes, Shen did not authorize the use of "UGG" registered trademarks and publicized them without permission from a certain outdoor products company.
After the identification by trademark owner, Shen's online "UGG" brand snow shoes are counterfeit products.
According to different models, Shen quoted a price of 50-180 yuan per pair on the Internet sale, which is obviously cheaper than the price of 900-1200 yuan of genuine snow shoes.
As of the time of the incident, Shen has sold 85 pairs of snow shoes.
The industry and commerce authorities sealed up the remaining 280 pairs of fake snow shoes.
