Recently, Sanyang textile and YOUNGOR jointly developed a new yarn variety: 100%PIMA low twist compact spinning. The product makes up for the shortcomings of traditional compact spinning and ordinary ring spinning, and combines the advantages of the two, raising the characteristics of pure cotton knitted fabric to a new level. The traditional compact spinning is much better than the ring spinning yarn, with higher strength, less hairiness and more smooth handle. However, there is another drawback in the ordinary compact spinning, which indicates that the hardness is relatively large and the softness of the fabric is not enough, so the knitted fabric is not comfortable enough for its comfort. Starting from yarn technology design, based on advanced equipment and technology, 100% PIMA cotton blending was used to reduce the design twist of yarn, while ensuring the yarn's low hairiness and high strength, it also reduced the surface hardness of yarns, ensured the softness and smoothness of fabrics, and made up for the shortcomings of traditional knitted fabrics in terms of fiber characteristics and fabric structure.
