Peru Levies Provisional Anti-Dumping Duties On Imported Chinese Shoes
In March 2, 2009, the Peru state monopoly and protection intellectual property Bureau Commission on dumping and subsidies released the No.033-2009/CFD-INDECOPI resolution, deciding that the price of CIF imported from China is less than or equal to 5.97 US dollars / pairs. The provisional anti-dumping duty is 0.31 USD / double with the textile material as the upper and the sports shoes.
The resolution came into force on the next day after the second official announcement of the Peru people's official newspaper "Peru Ren Bao".
