Recently, the CCPIT held the 2014 foreign law training seminar.
The meeting invited the relevant departments of the Ministry of law, the export certification office and other relevant personnel of the Hebei provincial council for the promotion of trade promotion, and Zhang Kefeng, director of the Zhang Kefeng law firm in Beijing, attended the meeting and gave lectures. More than 70 representatives of enterprises attended the training.
At the meeting, the keynote speaker made a deep and detailed explanation on how to correctly apply for the certificate of origin certificate of export goods under the preferential trade agreement, how to protect the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises in accordance with the law of the International Chamber of Commerce, and how to prevent enterprise crime in business activities.
