Wu Tingting, Wu Zhensheng and Chen Yifan respectively signed the share pfer agreement, controlling the pfer of 87 million 901 thousand and 400 shares, accounting for 15% of the total share capital of the company. Wu Tingting, Wu Zhensheng and Chen Yifan were allowed 5%, 7% and 3% shares respectively.

The pfer price is 4.48 yuan per share, which is 60% of the latest stock price.

Wu Zhensheng and Chen Yifan are the associated persons of the pferor's newspaper bird group, of which Wu Tingting is the chairman of the company and Wu Zhize of the wedding bird group.

Wu Zhize directly owns 10.04% of the listed company's stock and directly owns 32% stake in the news bird group.

Wu Zhensheng, the former director of the supervisor and listed company of the news bird group, directly owns 3.95% of the listed company's stock and directly owns 20% stake in the wedding bird group.

Chen Yifan is the general manager of the news bird group and the son of Chen Zhangyin, the former director of the listed company. Chen Zhangyin directly owns 0.84% of the listed company's stock and directly owns 20% stake in the wedding bird group.

Without giving a detailed account of the background and purpose of the pfer of the agreement, it is only based on the needs of its own business development that the pferee is based on the confidence in the future development of the listed company, and will not continue to increase the share of the listed company in the next 12 months.
