In clothing, bags, sports / outdoor categories, application shop companies and brand requirements are revised to:

1. the registered capital of the shop is more than 1 million RMB (including 1 million).

2. the opening company is established in accordance with the law and has been running for two years or more.

3., the opening company must have the general taxpayer qualification.

4. trademark status is R and requires registration for more than two years, and has not been pferred in the latest year.

In the category of home furnishings, furniture and home textiles, the company and brand request to be changed to:

1. the opening company is established and run for one year or more in accordance with the law.

2., the opening company must have the general taxpayer qualification.

3., a trademark registration certificate (R) is required.

4. to apply for basic building materials, home decoration materials, electronic / electrician, hardware / tool category flagship stores, stores businesses need to meet at the same time: the registered capital of the start-up company needs more than 500 thousand yuan (including 500 thousand);

5. application for flower delivery / flower simulation / Green gardening category also needs to meet the registered capital requirement of more than 100 thousand RMB (including 100 thousand).

Other categories of applications for opening shop rules and brand requirements have varying degrees of change, the threshold has generally been greatly improved.

Insiders commented that Tmall will be very difficult for small and medium-sized sellers to enter the market.

The sharp increase also means a complete distinction between Tmall and Taobao.
