In the future, a newly registered enterprise with a registered capital of less than 5 million yuan (excluding 5 million yuan) will register directly with the industrial and commercial bureau of the region.

In addition, taking into account the actual situation of the newly established three districts of Gaocheng, Luancheng and Luquan, the Municipal Industrial and commercial bureau decided not to register the right of registration. The original registration rights of the three districts remained unchanged, and the registration authorities of the enterprises in the districts were registered and managed by the original registration authorities.

In addition, any enterprise group registered in counties (cities) can register in groups near the county (city) business sector.

Managing large scale E-commerce

The various enterprises and branches of large enterprise websites are registered and managed by the Municipal Administration of industry and commerce, the network and traffic supervision sub Bureau.

Newly registered enterprises grew by 52% over the same period last year.

The State Administration for Industry and Commerce today announced the basic situation of market main body development, market supervision and consumer rights protection in the first three quarters of 2014.
