According to reports, as the pioneer of "big code women's wear", Evans recently held the first big code fashion week and called on college students to participate in the design of the brand's "Cut for Evans" series. Evans hopes that the next race will change the misunderstandings of the next generation of designers on big size costumes.

In this competition, Rebecca Fine Richard Vann Reicher, Evans's brand creative director, invited students from Nottingham Trent University and Kingston university to participate in the competition. (Rebecca) Each student needs to design six items that are both fashionable and not limited to body size.

The judges were strong in the competition, including: fashion Trish Cook, editor in chief of the magazine Marie Claire (Trish Halpin), editor in chief of life plate of British entertainment magazine "Now" (Jess Spiring), stylist and costumes column critics Laura Purdy (Laura Puddy), and fashion blogger George Aa Hon (Georgina Horne), Trish Cook. These professionals will elect one champion in each of the two universities. In addition to the cash award of 1000 pounds (9775 yuan), the winner will also sell the fashionable fashion items which appear in Evans's major entities and online stores this week.

When talking about the competition, Rebecca said, "this competition not only provides students with opportunities to learn how to become a professional designer, but also challenges the theoretical knowledge they have learned in school. The competition encouraged students to think more about the size of the fashion, but also changed the predicament of the large costumes in the fashion industry.

The winners of this competition are Eve Turley, a sophomore in fashion design from Kingston University, and Eli Northwe, a fashion design major from Trent University, Nottingham (Eve Turley). Eve gained inspiration from Retro knitted fabric, and produced a series of knitted sweater products with a fine technique. And Ellie drew inspiration from the historical portraits of women and created colorful kaleidoscope patterns.

People in the fashion industry have highly praised the competition. Rivkie Baum, editor in chief of Italy fashion women's magazine SLiNK, and Simon Glazin, a fashion columnist, all think that this competition not only made a professional design experience for the students of fashion design, but also made up for the vacancy of the university not offering big size dress design courses. In addition, the students' Design It also makes people realize that the big size costumes can be so elegant and attractive that they do not need to avoid the bright colors and prints of the full grown women. They have changed the misunderstandings of people in big size costumes.
