The textile industry has always been the pillar industry, the dominant industry and the livelihood industry of the economic development in Keqiao District of Shaoxing.

Keqiao District Quality Supervision Bureau, combined with the needs of industrial development, actively exerts its functional advantages, highlights quality oriented, and pays close attention to brand, green and product quality, so as to further promote the pformation and upgrading of the textile industry in the whole region.

First, pay attention to brand quality.

To create a differentiated textile brand industrial layout of "one town, one product", there are now seven town level textile industrial clusters, including Ma Zhen chemical fiber, Yang Xun Qiao curtain curtain, summer town nonwoven fabric, etc.

The brand cultivation plan has been tilted in terms of project approval and funds for products and enterprises with potential development. In recent years, 11 chief quality officers have been trained for enterprises, and 32 famous brands of textile products and 74 famous brands have been accumulated.

Two, we should pay attention to green quality.

And energy metering energy consumption quota requirements, to help textile and dyeing enterprises establish and improve the measurement management system, and guide enterprises to adopt new technologies, new processes, new methods and new materials to promote energy saving and emission reduction.

At present, 2 energy metering points have been set up in the textile printing and dyeing enterprises throughout the region. The consumption of coal and electricity has been monitored in real time. Since last year, 74 textile printing and dyeing enterprises have been examined, and 126 problems have been found and rectified, so as to effectively promote the energy saving and efficiency enhancement of enterprises.

Three, we must pay attention to product quality.

The textile quality inspection has been strengthened. Since the beginning of this year, a total of 1000 batches of textile product sampling have been carried out, and 752 batches of all kinds of light textile products have been checked.

The 593 batches of textile industry extension and matching product inspection were all higher than 95%.

At the same time, we should strengthen the quality service of textile foreign trade and guide enterprises to meet the international quality standards. Since this year, it has helped foreign trade enterprises to deal with the 8 times of quality and technology barriers and 140 times to the enterprise's early warning quality information.
