The national standard of polyvinyl alcohol water-soluble short fiber (GB/T 30101-2013), which was drafted by Vigny Lun factory in Sichuan, was formally approved by the National Standards Committee in November 1, 2014.

In 2007, Chuan Wei plant accepted the National Standard Committee's formulation of the national standard of PVA water soluble staple.

As the first drafting unit, Sichuan Wei factory immediately organized the sub inspection workshop, the spinning workshop of the water soluble staple production workshop, and other relevant departments to set up a drafting group.

With the support and cooperation of the fraternal units, after making concerted efforts, the national standard of PVA water soluble staple fiber was completed in 2008.

This standard is the first national standard of PVA water soluble short fiber products. The index values of defects (irregular fiber), fracture strength and hot water insoluble items are set up, which reflects the technical superiority and quality advantage of the plant.

The Advisory Group went to the town of Cen he town of Shashi to conduct a special investigation on the development of local textile and textile industrial clusters.
