The "textile light" China Textile Industry Association's science and technology progress award has just been issued. Sheng Hong has won one or two awards and two prizes in two projects with "new polyester polymerization and series of composite functional fiber preparation key technology" project and "key technology and industrialization of high density chemical fiber fabric cold pad batch pretreatment" project. It has demonstrated to some extent the new breakthroughs and achievements of Sheng Hong's scientific and technological innovation, and has become a major concern in the textile industry.

The key technology of the new polyester polymerization and series composite functional fiber production is completed by Sheng Hong Holdings Group Limited, Jiangsu central perch technology development Limited by Share Ltd and the three Beijing Institute Of Fashion Technology. The breakthrough is made by the composite function of the first large variety of synthetic fiber, polyester fiber, to realize the self synthesized functional polyester fiber as raw material, the preparation of safety, comfort multifunctional fiber, fabric and clothing, and the formation of independent intellectual property rights, which has great application prospect.

The project completed the first 250 thousand tons / year melt direct spinning full dull polyester fiber production line, which is the first international initiative. China's first 30 thousand tons / year PTT polymerization device with independent intellectual property rights has been built and put into operation, breaking the monopoly of foreign PTT polymerization technology, filling the gap of the technology in China, and building a 20 thousand ton / year polyester heat and moisture comfort polyester fiber production line and a 20 thousand ton / year elastic comfort series polyester fiber production line.

The project has developed three series of nearly 100 specifications of thermal comfort, protection and elastic polyester fiber products, and has played a positive role in promoting the competitiveness of China's chemical fiber industry.

The project has reached the international advanced level in terms of its overall technology. It has independent intellectual property rights, authorized 1 US patents, 10 Chinese invention patents, 4 Chinese utility models, and 32 research papers. It has taken the lead in drafting and participating in the formulation of 4 national textile industry standards and 6 enterprise standards.

Since the pformation and commissioning of the project, Sheng Hong high comfort series polyester fiber production and market share ranks first in the country. Its products exported to the United States, Japan and other countries, have been well received by customers at home and abroad, and achieved remarkable economic and social benefits. It has played a leading role in the development of differentiated and functional development and industrial pformation and upgrading of polyester fiber in China.

In addition, the "key technology and industrialization of cold pad batch pretreatment for high density chemical fiber fabrics" has been awarded the two prize by Sheng Hong Group Limited.

Project technology can effectively reduce the consumption of chemicals and water, electricity, steam and other resources, reduce COD emissions, and achieve high density polyester.

Energy saving and emission reduction during the pre-treatment process of chemical fiber fabrics can reduce environmental pollution.

Mei Feng, chief engineer of Sheng Hong Polytron Technologies Inc, said that the award is recognition and encouragement for the chemical fiber industry to attach importance to the direction of innovation, technology and low-carbon environmental science. Sheng Hong should further enhance the capability of independent innovation through the cooperation of industry, University and research.

It is understood that the "textile light" China Textile Industry Federation of science and technology progress award is approved by the state to set up a national award, the industry has a high degree of authority and influence, is the highest award in the textile industry, known as the "Nobel prize" in the textile industry.

This year, 135 projects were awarded. Among them, there were 73 first prize items, 15 items, two awards, 47 items and three awards.
