When the fifth probation period expires, Party B does not immediately say that the machine is returned to Party A and shall be deemed to be qualified for trial sale.

Sixth article

It is agreed that the payment shall be made by Party B at the time of the establishment of the contract.

When the sale is founded

Part of the charge should be paid back by Party A.

After seventh probation, Party B considers that it is unqualified, or if the trial is not completed, it is necessary to continue the trial. It may request the Party A to replace or extend the period, but when Party A disagrees with it, it may refuse it.

After the eighth trial, if Party B thinks

The date of termination of the probationary period shall be calculated at the beginning of the day.

The ninth way to settle disputes in contracts: the disputes arising from the execution of this contract shall be settled through consultation between the two parties; it can also be mediated by the local administrative departments for Industry and commerce; if consultation or mediation fails, the following methods shall be adopted:

(1) submit the arbitration to the Arbitration Commission.

(2) bring a lawsuit to the people's court according to law.
