A fire broke out in the factory. The command center dispatched a secret service Squadron, 3 fire engines, a cattle Hill Squadron, 2 fire engines, and a full team of Xiyan rock. 2 fire engines rushed to the scene to fight.

When the fire officers and soldiers arrived at the scene of the accident, they saw that flames were sprawling out of the two storey windows of the workshop. Smoke from other floors also appeared. Fire officers and soldiers immediately erected three water guns to control the spread of fire at the north and South gates of the factory.

After asking the insider to make sure that no one was trapped inside the house, the fire officers and soldiers broke the two doors, but found that the two doors were blocked by goods and the personnel could not enter. The firemen used two nine Mira staircases to enter the building's internal fire from the two floor windows. After nearly 2 hours of hard fighting, the fire was successfully extinguished.

This special sampling involves 51 batches of sole products of 40 production enterprises in Bishan area.

The inspection bases are: QB/T2956-2008, "leather shoes outsole" and other standards. The major indexes such as bending resistance, wear resistance, hardness, adhesion and strength of the bottom and outer middle bottom, yellowing resistance of the outsole, dimensional stability, tear strength and sensory quality are tested.

In this spot check, 9 batches were unqualified, of which 8 batches were not qualified, and 1 batches were not qualified.

The reason for the failure is that the quality control of raw materials is not strict, and excessive reclaimed rubber and other fillers are used in the production process, resulting in lower strength of the sole and so on.

In view of the existing problems in the spot checks, the Chongqing quality and Technology Supervision Bureau has instructed relevant quality and supervision departments of relevant districts and counties in accordance with relevant regulations, and ordered enterprises to make rectification within a time limit and carry out post processing work.
