Thailand promotes exhibition subsidy policy to attract Chinese businessmen

TCEB's support for the new deal includes funding subsidies for the professional buyers participating in the Thailand exhibition. The specific measures include more than 10 buyers who will receive a cash subsidy of US $100 per person. Although the subsidy policy is quite attractive, there are many restrictions on the requirements of professional buyers.

According to the "business connection" plan, only the local and overseas associations, trade associations, chambers of Commerce, overseas non-profit organizations, overseas publishing organizations, exhibition and travel agencies and other organizations will be eligible for the grant. At the same time, each businessman needs to complete at least 3 sets of trade negotiations and stay in Thailand for at least 3 days and 2 nights. The maximum number of applicants for each exhibition and major event is 300.

The subsidy is valid from October 1, 2014 to September 30, 2015.

In addition to subsidized professional buyers, TCEB will also give more concessions to the organizers of the exhibition to Thailand.

The maximum amount of subsidy is up to 600 thousand yuan, but it also means the qualification requirements for the sponsor.

The ability to investigate will also be higher.

At the same time, the support policy also includes a special access to MICE merchants' airport in Thailand, and a gift package containing WiFi cards and subway cards to buyers.

Thailand's policy is good news for domestic exhibition industry.
