Recently, the Ministry of industry and information technology issued the "guiding opinions on further promoting the development of industrial clusters" (hereinafter referred to as "opinions"), and promoted the pformation and upgrading of industrial clusters from 7 aspects: strengthening planning and guidance, enhancing the leading role of enterprises, strengthening regional brand building, improving the information level of industrial clusters, enhancing innovation ability, enhancing public service capabilities, strengthening guidance and policy support.
