The leather industry development forum was held to invite more than 100 leather industry experts and scholars invited to participate in the seventh China International Fur festival in Jining.

The theme of "undertaking industrial pfer and building prairie skin" has thoroughly discussed the development status and trend of leather industry in China under the new normal, and the development opportunities of leather industry in Wulanchabu.

On the forum, Yang Guowen explained the foundation, advantages and paths of leather industry development in our city.

It is pointed out that Wulanchabu has a long history of leather industry, strong industrial foundation, unique location pportation and the policy advantage of developing leather industry.

At present, Wulanchabu has more than 300 small leather processing enterprises and more than 20 thousand processing workers, laying the industrial foundation for the stable development of leather industry; Jining International Leather City has continuously expanded the radiating radius of the leather industry to drive the leather market to continue to flourish; the Jining leather industry incubator has further extended the leather industry development chain; combined with the Jining modern logistics park under construction, and the leather processing and tanning base of Cha Right Banner, the "leather industry development system with market promotion, sales processing, leather processing and leather farming" has been continuously improved and formed.

In the next step, our city will base itself on strategic height, scientific decision making layout, increase investment in science and technology, promote industrial upgrading, improve financial support, strengthen policy support, do well in job training, and strengthen entrepreneurship support, so as to promote healthy and rapid development of leather industry.

During the forum, experts and scholars from the industry and representatives from the business circles respectively presented "opportunities and challenges for the development of China's leather industry" and "Internet +".

After the forum, Jining International Leather City signed a cooperation agreement with Shanghai Fu Mi Technology Co., Ltd., China Leather Association and the national leather quality supervision and testing center.
