On the afternoon of September 7, 2015, the Sixth General Meeting of the China Chemical Fiber Industry Association (hereinafter referred to as the chemical fiber Association) and the six session of the Council were successfully held in Shengze, Wujiang, Jiangsu.

Xu Xianchun, deputy director of the National Bureau of statistics, Xu Kunyuan, vice chairman of the China Textile Industry Federation, vice president Gao Yong, Wang Jiuxin, Secretary of the discipline inspection committee, and Jiang Shicheng, Yao Mu, Yu Jianyong, and leaders of the national development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of industry and commerce were invited to attend the meeting.

Nearly three hundred members attended the meeting.

After ten years of gold development in the early part of this century, China's chemical fiber industry began to slow down during the "12th Five-Year" period. Especially since 2012, the industry has stepped into a downward channel, and adjustment has become the "main theme" of the operation of the industry.

Against this background, the Fifth Council of the chemical fiber Association, focusing on the main line of "accelerating the pformation of the development mode of the chemical fiber industry", strengthens the two basic tasks of "research and service", and promotes the four innovations of "science and technology, brand, standard and energy saving and emission reduction", and deepens six construction, namely, the construction of international exchange platform, the construction of special conference and exhibition platform, the construction of national chemical fiber product development platform, the construction of information platform, and the internal construction and organizational structure construction of the Secretariat. With the "market" as the driving force, and the "innovation service" as the means, it strives to create a good environment and platform for the healthy and sustainable development of the industry, and guides the industry to continuously tap new growth points under the premise of ensuring the steady development of the industry.

In particular, the launch of the "China Chemical Fiber Association Heng Heng fund", the research and dissemination of China's fiber fashion trend, the China fiber museum with the theme of "beautiful world in China", the guidance of industry self-regulation and standardization, the chemical fiber yellow book and the chemical fiber blue book, the industrial technology innovation alliance, and the Tenth Asian chemical fiber conference were successfully organized.

As Xu Kunyuan, vice president of the China Textile Industry Federation, said, the chemical fiber association has become an irreplaceable and indispensable Association. It has become a bridge and link between the government and enterprises, a platform for cooperation and exchange between Chinese and foreign enterprises, and a platform for industrial services.

Because of its unremitting efforts, the chemical fiber association has received the support of the superior authorities and the support from all the member units. In 2013, it was rated as a 5A class social organization by the Ministry of civil affairs.

The 5A Award for the other system is its superior unit, the China Textile Industry Federation.

The General Assembly voted by secret ballot. Xiaoping was re elected as the president of the Sixth Council of China Chemical Fiber Industry Association. Zhao Xiangdong and other 36 people were elected vice presidents. Wang Yuping was re elected as secretary general.

After the sixth Secretary General Wang Yuping nominated, the meeting voted for Lin Shidi, Bo Guangming and Guan Xiaorui as deputy secretaries general.

At the same time, the General Assembly invited Jiang Shicheng, Sun Jinliang, Yao Mu and Yu Jianyong, academicians of the Chinese Academy of engineering as Honorary Presidents, and invited 8 Chinese and chemical fiber companies, Fan Xun and so on, to be invited vice presidents.
