In January 20, 2015, Ding's relatives raised funds to return more than 56 yuan to the Chen Dai government.

According to the court's trial, Ding Mou, a direct responsible person in charge of a company in Chen Dai Town, avoided paying the laborers' labor remuneration in a way of escape. The amount was relatively large, and it was still not paid by the relevant government departments, and his behavior constituted a crime of refusing to pay labor remuneration.

Ding Mou truthfully confessed his crime after the case was brought to justice, and paid the remuneration of the laborers before the prosecution of the people's Procuratorate of Jinjiang city.
