A few days ago, the Shanghai quality and Technology Supervision Bureau exposed 8 batch of unqualified casual clothes found in the recent spot checks, and the brands such as UNIQLO, GAP and H&M were all on the list.

Shanghai quality and Technology Supervision Bureau pointed out in the circular that the GAP jeans of the women's jeans produced by Gai Pu (Shanghai) Commercial Co., Ltd. had three color fastness, color fastness and color fastness to washing, and H&M's leisure.

There is a problem of unqualified use instructions; UNIQLO's body training straight jeans are labeled as water washing products, but they are not qualified for the two items of color fastness and water fastness.

According to the industry, when the color fastness is poor, the dye may pfer from the textile to the skin, it will cause skin itching, redness and swelling, and it will cause harm to the human body.

In April 2013, the Dongcheng sub Bureau of Beijing city commerce and Industry Bureau made a sampling inspection on the imported fast fashion garments. Two of the light feather products of UNIQLO were named down by the fact that the actual filling volume and the price tag were reduced by nearly 20%, and the fast fashion brand H&M from Nordic Europe is a frequent visitor to the quality blacklist.

Since 2012, a total of 30 products of H&M have been notified.

It is understood that these fast fashion brands have two main modes of production in China: one is the factory responsible for designing, producing and developing new raw materials and other links. The brand is purchased from the factory, the other is the brand agent commissioned by the manufacturer, and the brand is responsible for designing and producing the fabric for the factory, which is completed by the factory.

Under such circumstances, if the foundries can not strictly follow the production standards set by the enterprises, the quality problems will easily arise.
