In the course of my contacts with enterprises, I clearly realized that in recent years, corporate awareness of social responsibility and awareness of initiative has been significantly improved.

On the one hand, the government continues to strengthen the environment.

On the other hand, business operators, especially large enterprises, are fully aware that if they do not do well in clean production, enterprises will have no room for further development or even destroy existing industries.

Behind the splendor of "12th Five-Year", the problems existing in the development of dyestuff industry should not be overlooked.

Many interviewed believe that there is still a certain gap between China's dyestuff industry and the international advanced level. There is still much homework to be done to realize the dream of being big to strong.

The constraints of future development are mainly due to the weakness of basic research and common technology development in the industry, and the gap between the leading international enterprises such as BASF and other leading enterprises in the field of dye product ecological concept design, product ecological application, and application of modern green chemistry technology.

Two, the engineering pformation and technological integration ability of scientific research achievements are not strong. There are obvious differences between the process of design, filtration, drying, distillation and so on in the process of product manufacturing, the automation level and separation efficiency of separation process equipment, and the lack of major technological equipment development capability.

Three, environmental protection measures and technologies such as main energy consumption, water consumption, process control and final "three wastes" treatment technology need to be upgraded urgently.

There is a big gap between the level and emission level and the advanced level; four, the overall technology input intensity of the industry is low.

Li Xiaonian mentioned that the backward production technology, the lack of original technology and the low concentration of industry are the important factors that restrict the competitiveness of the industry.

In the 80s and 90s of last century, China's fine chemicals such as dyestuffs have just started, and we need thousands of troops to jointly promote industrial development. Today, the industry has reached the stage of survival of the fittest.

"The backbone and leading enterprises that have been hammered out by the tide have grown into enterprises with international influence, and those small businesses without technical support and lack of financial support and serious pollution have produced far less economic benefits to make up for the harm they bring to society and the environment."

During the "12th Five-Year" period, the dyestuff industry has intensified the development of key technologies for cleaner production, developed new technologies for the clean production of HIC acid, the development of 2- amino -4- acetamido anisole, clean production technology of 1- aminoanthraquinone, new process development of cleaner production of dyestuff intermediates, new dyestuff dyes, and new technology development of dyestuff wastewater treatment and recycling, and made breakthroughs in a number of key industries.
