With the support of the Ministry of industry and the national standard committee, Alibaba is working with industry partners to take the lead in setting up 4 national standards and promoting the formation of Interbrand service for cross brand intelligent products.

Zhang Yong: Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen, all our partners, our friends in the news media. Today, I want to talk about the Internet of things. I think everyone has a good reverie for the future. In the past ten years, from the first wave of the whole Internet to the rapid development in 2000, we have embraced the road of PC Internet over the past two or three years and completed the pformation of wireless Internet. So we are all concerned about a problem. All the friends in the industry have reached a consensus that the next Internet outlet is the Internet of things.

I think very few people will argue about this topic today, whether this is the direction we want to achieve in the future. We all have great interest and enthusiasm. This is that we can see that many of our industry partners are ready to meet the next draught.

Similarly, Alibaba group, as the company born in the first Internet wave in 1999, has gone through 17 years. This year is Alibaba seventeenth years. By 2016, looking back on the past 17 years' road, I want to have a common point. Alibaba has been facing the future. We are facing the future opportunities. In turn, we look at where we are today. We must look at the future from the perspective of the future instead of looking at the future from the perspective of the future. This is the attitude and conception we have always adopted in the face of many major pformations.

So today we stand in the perspective of the Internet of things and stand in the ecology of the Internet of things. Today we are going through the road and we are facing opportunities today. I think we saw the whole industry because the whole l Internet of things will make the nature of all production enterprises undergo a fundamental pformation, making the nature of all manufacturing enterprises undergo fundamental changes. All hardware products have changed from a simple product to an Internet terminology, and I think all of today's enterprises, especially many of our many home appliance enterprises, are facing a lot of R & D investment in the future.

This is something we are very vocal about, and we would like to explain to all our partners, to make our commitment, because Ali is never a hardware intelligent enterprise, of course, the future intelligent hardware has also become the end of the Internet, but all the services that Ali can provide is more important in the calculation behind this.

The formation of docking enables us to reach consumers' feedback and insight through the highest efficiency of electricity providers, which enables consumers to reach the end user. In this way, all partners' new products, new intelligent hardware and new innovations can directly respond to consumers' feedback and insight, and at the same time we can get the sales volume at the beginning of our sales and layout for our further industrialization and the overall commercialization of this product. So I think this is Ali, in our whole system, we hope to use our strengths, and at the same time, we can leave the real opportunities for innovation of the whole industry, industrial design innovation and product innovation to the market. The summit has just seen that we have listed many of our internal business groups and departments as well as our entire participating departments and cooperation. We hope to be able to turn these business capabilities into a basic service, whether it is our operating system or our cloud computing, including our security. I think safety is a very important capability in the whole intelligent Internet of things era, including other communication capabilities that we have been developing in recent years, so that some of our capabilities can be integrated on our ecological platform for our partners to use.
