Clause:

First, the location of Internet advertising:

Five. Rights and obligations of Party A and B:

8, Party B has the right to examine the advertising contents and forms of Party A. Party B may request Party A to make amendments to the advertising contents and forms that are not in conformity with the laws and regulations.

Six, exemption from liability:

2, Party B can not open the server because of the administrative behavior of the government.

3, due to the Internet disaster, China and the United States and other Internet communication providers cause the server of the Party B can not access normally.

4, because of the operation platform and application software, Party B server can not run temporarily.

5, because Party B's website encountered illegal attacks, the server could not operate temporarily.

Based on the above reasons, Party B's website is not functioning properly, and Party B is not liable for any legal or other means.

Seven, cost settlement:

1. The online advertising fee is RMB.

2. From the date of entry into force of this contract, Party A will pay the full amount.

Eight. The contract is in two copies, and shall be effective from the date of signature and seal by both parties. The contract annex and the contract text shall have the same legal effect.
