Selling counterfeit goods at shopping mall rental counters

Even authorized business procedures are PS fraud.

On 3 14, the people's Court of Pan Ji District of Huainan city held a public hearing of the case, and three defendants were suspected of selling counterfeit goods.

The commodity crime was tried.

According to accusation, in March last year, Chen met a manager of a shopping mall in Huainan through QQ chat, and negotiated sales of Nike and new balun sneakers at the mall.

After that, he signed a month's lease contract with the mall, and found the co operated Zhu and others who had worked together.

Just sold for 2 days, the mall informed the shelves, because Chen did not have the authorization of Nike and new balun brand.

So he found it on the Internet, Baidu.

The authorization letter, the business license, the trademark registration certificate, the enterprise legal person organization code certificate, the inspection report and so on, and then copy the model by copying the shop and using the PS method, and then send it to the investment manager through the QQ mail box. After that, the store notice can be sold on the shelves.

Chen and others have introduced counterfeit products to multiple shopping malls and office buildings by this method.

In May last year, after receiving the report, the public security organs investigated and dealt with a large shopping mall in Huainan, Datang International Shopping Center in Hefei, green land winning sea and Zhu's residence in Hefei, seized 464 pairs of sports shoes registered with Nike's registered trademarks, 344 pairs of sneakers with counterfeit new Balun registered trademarks, and 415 fake Adidas sports pants.

In court, the three defendants pleaded guilty in court but objection to the amount involved.

The case will be sentenced to sentencing.
