According to Nike litigation documents, in addition to the request to stop the production of infringing sports shoes mail from 2013, representatives were sent to Las Vegas WSA@Magic Exhibition (international professional shoes exhibition) to meet with Bestwinn personnel to inform their company of the infringement.

But in the past three years, there has been no effect.

On the website of Bestwinn, the product with annual revenue of 50 million -1 billion and 91%-100% is used for export. One of its customers is WAL-MART, a large American retailer.

Now Nike has launched a patent war against Chinese footwear manufacturers. It shows that it has given enough warning and has taken legal measures to safeguard its rights.

In addition to requiring monetary compensation (Nike said Bestwinn intends to infringing the number of compensation increased by three times) and legal trial, Nike also requested the court to immediately and permanently prohibit Bestwinn from continuing to produce and sell infringing sports shoes.

According to last month's lawsuit, the court initially sentenced Nike to win, agreed with its request to issue a pre injunction and confiscated Bestwinn's infringing sports shoes.
