If the import and export goods infringe upon intellectual property rights, the infringing goods will be confiscated and the value of goods shall be fined not more than 30%; if a crime is constituted, criminal liability shall be investigated according to law.

The relevant infringing goods will also be disposed of after the completion of the case, which is to be handed over to the public welfare organs in accordance with the law, destroyed, publicly sold or paid to the intellectual property rights holders.
