The prosecution of two companies selling products on its platform is a global survey.

The first lawsuits are ToysNet of Hacienda Heights in California and Disk Vision of Brandon in Florida.

ToysNet has sold counterfeit Forearm Forklifts products through Amazon. Amazon has removed ToysNet since June.

However, the latter has decoy Amazon to restore the product list through Disk Vision.

The second lawsuits are Amazon Joana Ferreira, which sells TRX Suspension Trainers intelligent sports shoes that are counterfeited by Fitness Anywhere LLC, and Fitness Anywhere LLC and Amazon become joint plaintiffs in the lawsuit.

Amazon said that once consumers buy fake products, Amazon's trust among consumers, sellers and manufacturers will be destroyed, and Amazon will damage the brand, so litigation sellers are the best means for Amazon.

It also relies entirely on third party businesses, but in recent years, both Amazon and its Chinese copycat JD.com Inc. (NASDAQ:JD) Jingdong have increased their role as the third party platform, that is, the introduction of more third party sellers, which has opened the door to the invasion of counterfeit goods.

Last month, Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) Apple Corp accused Amazon sellers of selling fake batteries and chargers, which is one of the biggest credit crises that Amazon has suffered in 20 years.

Amazon said that because of its limited ability to fight against counterfeiting, it needs the help of laws and courts to help them eliminate counterfeit goods.
