The Ministry of ecology and environment recently publicized the completion of the clean and pformation task of the printing and dyeing industry in the 2017 plan for water pollution prevention and control action. During the publicity period, enterprises with clean pformation and falsification in the list of inspection and supervision were welcomed. Other environmental problems such as printing and dyeing enterprises and printing and dyeing enterprises should be reported outside the list.

The enterprises that belong to the scope of pformation but do not report relevant information, will make no further investigation during the public announcement period, and will not report them to the public notice period.

The water pollution control action plan explicitly requires that: before the end of 2017, clean industries will be completed in 3 industries such as paper making, coking (iron and steel enterprise coke oven) and nitrogen fertilizer; 3 industries of Pharmaceutical (antibiotic, vitamin), printing and dyeing and leather making shall be cleaned up.

Transformation of low drainage dyeing and finishing process was carried out.

According to the materials submitted by the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), as of the end of 2017, there were 1416 clean and pformed printing and dyeing enterprises all over the country.

The pformation of low drainage dyeing and finishing process is aimed at reducing the consumption of water resources and the discharge of pollutants in the printing and dyeing process.

In order to effectively implement the requirements of clean pformation of water ten and protect public health, the Ministry of ecology and environment will publicize the detailed information of cleaning and pformation of printing and dyeing industry, and the public notice period is from June 11, 2018 to July 11th.
