Textile dyeing and printing is a traditional pillar industry in Shaoxing. In order to help enterprises find the product quality gap and effectively promote industrial quality improvement in the second half of 2017, Shaoxing Quality Supervision Bureau organized the quality comparison activities of woven cotton dyed and dyed fabrics, compared with the results released in Keqiao district recently.

According to the introduction of this quality comparison activity, from the second quarter of 2017, the enterprises of the municipal Product Supervision and spot checks were selected, and the products of the woven cotton dyed and dyed fabrics produced by 45 enterprises with better quality were selected as criteria for testing and evaluation based on GB 18401-2010 "basic safety technical Specification for national textile products", "GB/T" 411-2008 "cotton dyed cloth" and so on. Compared with the 6 key items of international and domestic well-known brand products (mainly including color fastness to light, color fastness to soaping, color fastness to rubbing, size change rate of washing, breaking strength and abrasion resistance, etc.), we actively seek breakthroughs in quality improvement.

From the comparison of quality results, Shaoxing City Machine Weaving cotton The overall quality of printed and dyed fabric is better, and its advantages in color fastness and wear resistance are obvious. The performance index is in the leading position in the world. Among them, the color fastness to soaping project is 9 points and the quality is stable. More than half of the products in terms of color fastness and abrasion resistance are better than the famous brand products at home and abroad. Over 8 of the items on the color fastness to light fastness items are above 7 points, and all 12 batches of the products are all products of our city. The size change rate of washing is comparable to that of famous brands at home and abroad. The highest rate of wash size change in the city was 10 points, with a minimum of 3 points, of which nearly 1/3 reached 8.5 points, and imported fabrics and famous brands in China. Fabric It's the same level. However, on the fracture strength project, there is a certain gap between the products and imported fabrics. The highest score of the product is 9.5 points, the lowest is 1.1 points.
