Merrill Lynch recently received a letter from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as Shenzhen Stock Exchange) for the exchange of corporate bonds of the non public Development Bank of Merrill Lynch Holdings Limited in 2018 in line with the terms of pfer of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (Shenzhen letter [2019]51).

Merrill Lynch holding the shares of some of its shares as the subject matter, the application to confirm the issue of face value of not more than 900 million yuan in 2018, non-public offering exchangeable corporate bonds in line with the Shenzhen stock exchange pfer conditions, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange has no objection.
