La Natsu Bell (06116.HK) announced the acquisition of LaCha Apparel II S rl60% rl60% stake in an indirect acquisition of French Naf Naf SAS60% equity. According to the agreement on share purchase, the equity delivery should be held on the fifth working day after the realization of the trading prerequisites, not later than February 28, 2019.

In January 9, 2019, the company's wholly owned subsidiary, Shanghai's La Xia Business Management Co., Ltd. ("La Xia business management") has obtained the certificate of overseas investment certificate No. N3109201900002 of the overseas investment certificate issued by the China (Shanghai) free trade pilot zone management committee. In January 18, 2019, the completion of the foreign investment project of the China (Shanghai) free trade pilot area management committee was completed by the management of the Latin America business administration, and the notice of the overseas investment project of overseas trade [2019]2 prepared by Shanghai self Trade Management Bureau was obtained.

Due to the approval of overseas investment projects and the implementation of project financing plan and so on, the paction delivery conditions are not yet satisfied.

The company intends to postpone the final date of the delivery matter to July 1, 2019, and has reached agreement with the seller's TrendyPioneer Limited, and has signed a written document on the extension of the matter, and the seller EastLinksInternational (HK) Co.
