Billion state power understands that since March, the first batch of AlipayHK payment providers has covered hundreds of thousands of shops in the bay area, including 7-11, the whole family, Watsons, Carrefour, Tianhong mall, window of the world, Changlong Park, Guangzhou Shenzhen subway and so on.

Alipay said it will also expand to more areas in the mainland during the year.

According to introducing, in June last year, AlipayHK opened up the access to Alipay version GCash of Philippines, and realized the cross border remittance of the first electronic wallet in the world. Later, it launched the service of unmanned retail flash store, scanning code and green minibus in Hong Kong.

In November, it became the official supplier of two-dimensional code charging technology.

Statistics show that there are already 1 million 500 thousand users of AlipayHK covering more than 25 thousand retail outlets in Hongkong, and two "Alipay" in Hong Kong below the network overlap rate of more than 80%.
