Germany Exhibition Health (000813): Signing Strategic Cooperation Agreement With Hemp Investment To Expand Cannabis Health Industry
German exhibition health (000813) announcement, the company and Han Zhong Business Management Group Co., Ltd., hemp Investment Group Co., Ltd. signed equity purchase and comprehensive strategic cooperation framework agreement.
The German exhibition health will invest 400 million yuan to obtain 25% pledge of Han nationality investment held by Han Zhong Group.
At the same time, the two sides signed a 6 month exclusive agreement.
The two sides agreed that a comprehensive strategic partnership will be established to achieve in-depth cooperation in the health industry of cannabis.
Hemp investment is currently the only legal group in China that is based on the whole industrial chain layout of industrial hemp and the direction of bio pharmaceuticals. It has made positive contributions to the vigorous development of the cannabis industry in China for many years.
Germany's health shows that bilateral cooperation is conducive to the layout of the industrial hemp industry chain, opening up the field of biopharmaceutical industry, enriching the product pipeline and enhancing the overall competitiveness.
