German exhibition health (000813) disclosed the following progress in cooperation with hemp group in the evening of March 28th. The company and the hemp group have conducted in-depth discussions on biopharmaceutical and so on. The two sides intend to jointly set up a joint venture to further strengthen cooperation in the field of biopharmaceutical industry.
The company intends to invest in a 10% stake in Yunnan Hemu Biotechnology Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of hemp group.
The company has further consultations on the acquisition of hemp group, the processing and extraction of industrial hemp and the fast moving products, and the follow-up cooperation will continue to advance.
