ST Gaosheng (000971): Supervisor Resigns
In May 5, 2019, the company received a written resignation from Mr. Hu Peng, the supervisor.
For personal reasons, Mr. Hu Peng resigned from the post of supervisor and no longer held any other duties after his resignation.
According to the relevant provisions of the company law and the articles of association, the resignation of Mr. Hu Peng's resignation will result in 3 members below the statutory minimum number of members of the board of supervisors. His resignation application will take effect after the election of the new supervisor at the shareholders' meeting of the company. Mr. Hu Peng will continue to perform the duties of supervisor in accordance with the relevant regulations before the resignation becomes effective.
The company will complete the recruitment work as soon as possible.
The board of supervisors expressed heartfelt thanks to Mr. Hu Peng for his contribution to the company's development during his tenure.
