In May 12, 2019, the board of directors received a written resignation letter submitted by Mr. Jiang Xiangchun.
Mr. Jiang Xiangchun applied for resignation as CEO of the company because of his personal job pfer.
Mr. Jiang Xiangchun will no longer work in the company after he resigns as CEO.
Mr. Jiang Xiangchun did not hold shares in the company during his tenure.
According to the relevant provisions of the articles of association, Mr. Jiang Xiangchun's resignation letter came into effect on the board of directors of the company.
The board of directors of the company expressed its heartfelt thanks to Mr. Jiang Xiangchun for his contribution to the company during his tenure.
