Two, enterprises belong to the key areas of encouragement in the three year plan of integration of industry and finance in the textile industry (that is, technological innovation, green development, brand advantage, leading industries, and "one belt and one way" global layout and industrial chain enterprise).

The requirements to apply for the listed companies of the science and innovation board are: first, in line with the state's industrial policies, the enterprises have good prospects for development, adhere to the world's leading edge of science and technology, face the main battlefield of the economy, and meet the major needs of the state, meet the national strategy, break through the key core technology, and have a high degree of market recognition.

Two, enterprises belong to the key areas of encouragement, high-end equipment, new materials, energy saving, environmental protection, and military and civilian integration and other high-tech industries and strategic emerging industries.
