China'S Textile Exports Increased Year By Year, And Garment Exports Fell Year-On-Year.
According to the latest data from the General Administration of customs, China exported $11 billion 640 million of textile yarn, fabrics and products in the month of May 2019. From January 2019 to May, China exported 48 billion 310 million US dollars in textile yarn, fabrics and products. In the first five months of 2018, China exported textile yarn, fabrics and products to 47 billion 580 million US dollars, up 1.5% from the same period last year.
In the month of May 2019, our export garments and accessories were US $12 billion 190 million; from January 2019 to May, our total export garments and accessories were US $51 billion 280 million; in the first five months of 2018, our export garments and accessories reached 54 billion 270 million US dollars, down 5.5% from the same period last year.
