Anta Sports Became The First Chinese Sporting Goods Company To Join The Good Cotton Development Association.
It was learned that Anta sports (02020) announced that it became a member of the Better Cotton Initiative (BCI) and became the first Chinese sporting goods company to join the association.
Anta will start purchasing good cotton through BCI, which will be launched in the second quarter of 2020.
BCI is a non-profit international member organization. BCI covering the entire supply chain from farmland to fashion and textile brands is the world's largest cotton sustainable development project.
It is reported that at present, BCI has more than 2 million 200 thousand cotton farmers in the world and has 1600 member organizations. It covers organizations from farms to fashion, textile brands and civil society organizations, and promotes the sustainable development of cotton industry.
