Announcement by Limited by Share Ltd of capital investment on the election of workers and supervisors

The board of supervisors and all supervisors of the company guarantee that there is no false record, misleading statement or major omission in the contents of this notice, and shall bear individual and joint liabilities for the authenticity, accuracy and completeness of its contents.

According to the relevant provisions of the company law of the People's Republic of China and the articles of association, the seventh supervisory board of the Limited by Share Ltd will expire in the near future. In order to ensure the normal operation of the board of supervisors, all the staff members of the Limited by Share Ltd Investment Union's trade union organization voted by secret ballot to elect Mr. Zhang Yang as the supervisor of the eighth board of supervisors of the company (see the appendix of the notice) for a term of three years. By organizing a secret vote of all the employees of the Limited by Share Ltd company, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, Mr. Chen Yongdong was elected as the staff supervisor of the eighth supervisory board of the company (see the annex to the notice) for a term of three years.

Chen Yongdong, male, born in 1970 and has a university degree, is currently the general manager of Limited by Share Ltd's compliance and legal department of Anxin securities. He has served as a staff member and deputy director of the Securities Commission of the Gansu Provincial Commission for reform and development; the deputy director of the Gansu securities regulatory bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the director of the Department, the director of the agency office, the deputy director (presiding work), the office director, the Commissioner of the Shenzhen Securities Regulatory Commission, the director of the discipline inspection and supervision office, the director of the discipline inspection and supervision department of Gansu, and the director of wind control of the Gansu Financial Holding Group Co., Ltd..

Zhang Yang, male, born in 1986 and has a master's degree, is currently Deputy General Manager of audit and compliance department of Limited by Share Ltd. He has served as the two legal affairs management business manager of the Legal Affairs Department of the National Development Investment Group Co., Ltd., the Secretariat of the General Office (board of directors), the general secretary and deputy director of the senior business manager.
