The board of directors of the company recently received a written resignation letter submitted by Mr. Wang Huyong, director of the board of directors. Mr. Wang Huyong applied for resignation from the twelfth board of directors of the company for personal reasons. He no longer held any office in the company.

According to the relevant provisions of the company law and the articles of association and other relevant laws and regulations, the resignation of directors will take effect from the date of service to the board of directors. The resignation of directors of Wang Huyong did not cause the members of the board of directors to be below the statutory minimum number, which would not affect the normal operation of the board of directors of the company.

The board of directors of the company expressed its heartfelt thanks to Mr. Wang Huyong for his contribution to the company during his stay as director of the company.
