Changshan North Ming (000158): North Ming Holding 15 Million 500 Thousand Shares
Changshan North Ming (000158.SZ) announced that the company recently received the notice of the second largest shareholder of the company, Beijing North Ming Wai Ye Holdings Limited ("North Ming Holdings"). It was informed that the North Ming holding company had held and pledged 15 million 500 thousand shares of GF Securities to lift the pledge.
As of July 19, 2019, North Ming holding company held about 257 million shares of the company, accounting for 15.54% of the total number of shares. After the lifting of the share pledge, the shares held by the North Ming holding company amounted to about 136 million shares, accounting for 52.91% of the total shares of its holding company, accounting for 8.22% of the total share capital of the company.
