000813.SZ announces that in July 22, 2019, the company received the statement of Merrill Lynch Holdings Limited (Merrill Lynch), the controlling shareholder of the company, on the transfer of fund shares and the buyback contract of Merrill Lynch holdings and Societe Generale Asset Management Limited. It was informed that Merrill Lynch holdings and Societe Generale Asset Management Limited (Xingye fortune) signed a supplementary contract (two) of the fund share transfer and repurchase contract (two) and a supplementary contract of the fund share pledge contract (two). Merrill Lynch holdings and Xingye fortune and Beijing Kai Shi fule asset management Limited by Share Ltd ("Kai Shi fule") signed a supplementary contract for the stock pledge contract (two).

The above supplementary contract (two) stipulate that the time limit for the execution of the main debt of the original transfer and buyback contract of the fund share shall be changed from 24 months to 33 months, and the date of maturity repurchase shall be changed to: in February 18, 2020, it will involve about 68 million 405 thousand and 840 shares of pledge shares.

Prior to the transaction, Merrill Lynch holdings held about 745 million 230 thousand shares of Dezhou Exhibition (including Beijing's Kai Shi fule asset management Limited by Share Ltd, which is actually funded by Merrill Lynch Holdings), and 9 of its private equity investment fund holding shares, accounting for 33.25% of the total health share of Dezhou Exhibition. After the shares were postponed, Merrill Lynch holdings held about 735 million shares of Dezhou healthy shares, representing 32.79% of the total health share of Dezhou exhibition.
