Ministry Of Commerce Newly Recognized Textile And Garment Industry's National Foreign Trade Transformation And Upgrading Base
In order to promote the construction of a trade power and promote the high quality development of foreign trade, the Ministry of Commerce has organized a new batch of declaration and accreditation work for the transformation and upgrading base of the state's foreign trade. In accordance with the procedures of "local declaration, expert preliminary examination, Ministry of Commerce review, publicity" and other procedures, the new national transformation and upgrading base for foreign trade in 2019 was determined. This time, the Ministry of Commerce has identified 65 foreign trade transformation and upgrading bases in China, including 7 textile and garment industry bases, and a large number of central and western provinces and cities.
The construction of a national transformation and upgrading base for foreign trade is an effective way to foster new competitive advantages such as technology, standards, brands, quality and services, and is an important measure to promote the transformation of foreign trade development mode. In accordance with the specific requirements of the Ministry of Commerce on the promotion of base construction, I will hold the awarding ceremony for the new identification base, and actively carry out base exchange activities to guide, help and support the enterprises in the base to accelerate transformation and upgrading.
