Recently, it was confirmed by the obligee that the 3 customs export goods seized by Shekou customs previously seized in the western port area were suspected of infringement by Shenzhen customs. According to the preliminary statistics, there are 27 trademarks such as "GUCCI" and 33203 goods, with a value of about 739 thousand and 600 yuan.
In early August, Shekou customs inspected the export goods and seized 14760 pairs of underwear marked with "Calvin Klein" trademark. 8976 pairs of jeans were marked with 13 trademarks such as "BURBERRY", "GUCCI" and "CLARKS", and 9467 pairs of shoes marked with 13 trademarks, such as "CHANEL", "HERMES and graphics". It is confirmed by the obligee that the above goods are suspected of infringement, and the 3 cases are under further investigation.
It is reported that since this year, the Shenzhen customs has launched the "dragon action 2019" intellectual property protection special action, strengthening risk assessment, strengthening precision strike, increasing protection, effectively blocking infringement, ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises, and optimizing port business environment.
