Shanghai Shenda Limited by Share Ltd announcements on renaming and renaming of wholly owned enterprise Shanghai seventh cotton spinning mill
The board of directors and all directors of the company guarantee that there is no false record, misleading statement or major omission in the contents of this announcement, and shall bear individual and joint liabilities for the authenticity, accuracy and completeness of its contents.
Shanghai seventh cotton mill (hereinafter referred to as "seven cotton factory") is a wholly owned enterprise of Shanghai Shen Da Limited by Share Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Shen Da shares", "company", "the company"), and was founded in March 30, 1990. In order to further deepen the reform of state-owned assets, promote the healthy development of enterprises and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers, the company renamed the seven cotton plant and renamed it "Shanghai seventh cotton mill" to "Shanghai seventh cotton mill Co., Ltd.". The type was changed from "ownership by the whole people" to "limited liability company (wholly owned by a non natural person investment or holding company)". Recently, the company has obtained the new business license issued by the Pudong New Area market supervision and Administration Bureau of Shanghai, and the registration of industrial and commercial change has been completed.
The above renamed system will not affect the operation of Shanghai seventh cotton mill Co., Ltd. and Shenda group.
