Party B guarantees that the original shipment will be responsible for the quantity and quality of the goods pported by Party A in addition to losses arising from the safety conditions of the ship.

Eight, pportation cost: according to the state regulations, the first class freight rate of the goods pported by the state is based on the freight charge of the ship's tonnage cargo, and the air freight is charged by 50%.

Nine, cost settlement: after the contract is signed by both parties, Party A shall pay to Party B prepaid pportation costs in advance.

After the unloading of the ship, Party B will settle the bill with Party A on the basis of the cost of pportation.
