Haixin shares (600851.SH) issued a semi annual report in 2019 to achieve a business income of 503 million yuan, an increase of 2.87% over the previous year. Net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 69 million 739 thousand and 400 yuan, a decrease of 11.71% compared with the same period last year. Net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies after deducting non recurring gains and losses was 27 million 322 thousand and 200 yuan, a decrease of 66.79% over the same period last year; and the basic earnings per share were 0.0578 yuan.

The net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies declined after deducting non recurring gains and losses, mainly due to a decrease of 32 million 284 thousand and 200 yuan in the Yangtze River Securities dividends compared with the same period last year. The investment income of the consolidated Changxin fund was reduced by 10 million 885 thousand and 800 yuan compared with the same period last year. The increase in non recurring gains and losses was mainly due to the consolidated net profit of the subsidiary company Gannan Haixin old factory area, which was about 35 million yuan.
