From Guangdong, Ningbo and other places wholesale counterfeit "Nike", "Jordan" and other brands of sportswear shoes, and then sold below the genuine price in Taobao shop, more than 336 yuan a year sales amount. Recently, the people's Court of Xuanzhou District, Xuancheng, Anhui, sentenced the defendant, Wang Moumou, to the crime of selling counterfeit registered trademarks, and sentenced him to four years' imprisonment and a fine of 250 thousand yuan. He was sentenced to five years' imprisonment for the crime of intentional destruction of property. He decided to carry out fixed-term imprisonment in seven years and six months and fined 250 thousand yuan. Defendant Wang Mou's illegal gains were recovered; 6572 counterfeit brand clothing and sports shoes seized (double) were confiscated.

In 2009, Wang Moumou, a 22 year old, registered a shop called "belief basketball" on Taobao. The source of shoes came from counters and discount stores. In 2013, brother Xiao Wang also called the "dream basketball shoes" shop, and the two brothers began to run two Taobao shops together. In March 2013 and April, Taobao Wangwang popped up a stranger's message. He said he was a supplier from Dongguan, Guangdong. He could provide "Nike" brand "factory goods" to them, including clothing and shoes, to guarantee the quality as well as the original factory, but did not have "Nike" genuine authorization. Xiao Wang felt a little moved to send some samples to him. Wang Mou, who received the sample, has found that the quality of the so-called "factory goods" is not bad, and the price is relatively low, ranging from 28 to 75 yuan. So he began to purchase large quantities of goods in the store, and then sold it to Taobao shop, which sells for about 68 yuan to 158 yuan. Since then, the two brothers have been working with many suppliers from Ningbo and Henan, and the wholesale ones are so-called "factory goods" produced by non brand authorized manufacturers.

In December 6, 2016, the public security organs in the downtown area of Xuancheng downtown seized Wang Mou and Xiao Wang suspected of counterfeiting "Nike", "Jordan" brand clothing, sports shoes, a total of 31 pieces of 6572 pieces, a total of 74 yuan. According to Nike sports (China) Co., Ltd., the "Nike" brand clothing and sports shoes that were seized were fake "Nike" brand merchandise. Wang Mou knew that it was a counterfeit registered trademark and sold it, the amount of sale was up to 336 yuan, and the value of goods not yet sold was over 74 yuan. His behavior constituted the crime of selling counterfeit registered trademarks. The court made the decision on the legal and discretionary circumstances of sentencing and the performance of penance.
