Xinhua Jin (600735.SH) announced that Lu Jin group, the controlling shareholder of the company, gave the original pledge to the 16 million shares of the Hebei bank Limited by Share Ltd branch of Qingdao bank, which was relieved of the pledge (accounting for 4.26% of the total share capital of the company). The procedure was completed in September 3, 2019 at the China securities registration and processing corporation. After the lifting of the share pledge, the number of remaining pledge shares of Lu Jin group was 156 million shares, accounting for 83.81% of the total holdings of Lu Jin group, accounting for 41.36% of the total share capital of the company.

In September 3, 2019, Lu Jin group again pledged 16 million shares of the company's unlimited tradable shares to the Bank of Hebei Limited by Share Ltd Qingdao branch. The pledge procedure has been completed at the China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd., and the pledge period is one year. The pledge accounted for 4.26% of the total share capital of the company.

As of the announcement date, Lu Jin group held 186 million shares of the company's stock, accounting for 49.34% of the total share capital of the company, of which 172 million shares were pledged, accounting for 92.44% of the total holdings of Lu Jin group, accounting for 45.61% of the total share capital of the company.
